Bernice P. Keeler Duncan, entered into eternal rest on Friday, May 15, 2015 at the age of 86; Beloved wife of the late Edward "Pompy" Duncan, Sr.; Daughter of the late Rev. Charles Keeler and Margaret Chase Keeler; Devoted mother of Mercedes (Clifford W.) Jones, Ernestine (Ronald) Amedee, Phyllis (Anthony, Sr.) Mackey, Mary (Kirk Sr.) Espadron, Patricia, Cynthia (Donald), Edward, Jr. (Annie), Alexander, Sr. (Jane Ellen), Claude (Zelma) and David (Starla) Duncan, Sr. and the late Randolph (Rhonda) Duncan, Sr.; Sister in law of Leola Wilson; Preceded in death by 2 sisters, 7 brothers, 1 granddaughter and 2 great grandchildren; Also survived by 42 grandchildren, 79 great grandchildren, 13 great great grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends. The family would like to send a special thank you to the staff of Abbeville General Hospital and Vermillion Health Care.
